Position Description
The Continuous Improvement Engineer drives operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies, leading Lean initiatives, and improving manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for someone analytical, hands-on, and passionate about reducing waste and improving performance.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve production and service processes to increase throughput and reduce waste.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing or logistics issues.

Deploy Lean/Six Sigma tools to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Logistics, IT, Facilities) on scalable process improvements.

Develop and maintain standard work, documentation, and training materials.

Use data and performance metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Support layout planning, equipment installation, and capacity modeling.
Required Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related.

3+ years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Experience with process mapping, time studies, and data analysis.

Working knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma fundamentals.

Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power Apps/Power BI is a plus.
