Position Description
We are seeking a Brazer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication and welding, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. As a Brazer, you will be responsible for assembling and joining metal components using brazing techniques, ensuring that all products meet our stringent quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Brazing and assembling refrigeration and water pipe circuits within PAC and Chiller products.
- Pipe size from ¼ to 4 1/8 fridge pipes and 15mm to 133mm water pipes
- Understanding refrigeration and water pipe work schematics
- Working to strict despatch dates
- Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble metal parts.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Proven experience in brazing, welding, or metal fabrication is highly desirable.
- Be capable of working unsupervised & able to use initiative.
- Be a team player.
- Have good communication skills.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems.
- Proven track record of working with quality initiatives
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- A proactive approach to safety and quality assurance in all tasks undertaken.
