Description: 

Modine EMEA is looking for a highly motivated manager who will focus on Product Regulatory Compliance declarations of heat exchangers and any correlated component. He/she will be involved in activities  like data management, documentation, material and process qualification. He/she will report to the R&D manager.

Education and Experience:

• Technical degree
• Knowledge of materials science
• 2-. years of job experience on environmental protocols is considered a plus

Requirements:

• Strong skills to teamwork approach
• Good approach to multidisciplinary projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attitude to continuous improvement in all the job areas
• Creative and open-minded approach 
• Positive thinking and “hands-on” approach.
• Strong knowledge of the main IT tools for technical documentation (office365) and strong skills on managing the technical documentation

Main Responsibilities:

• Gap analysis and developing cost-effective compliance strategies 
• Development of supply chain management processes – how to communicate and collect essential data to be assured of compliance 
• Providing training in compliance practices and procedures.
• Analyze test data results and create reports based on standard documentation
• Interact with other internal functions

• English, good in speaking and good understanding
